Large country and community pub noted the Elgood's beers. The building itself dates back to 1774 and it is a good example of a house that sold beer to the public from its front room. This is clearly visible in the structure of the pub, with the main bar leading into what was the original living space. To the right is a dedicated pool room; to the left, additional seating space. Nice beer garden. Bar food.
